Great pizza. Very nice servers, always do a little extra. Chicken is always good. Will keep going. Customer since 1978.

They serve the BEST calzone that I have ever had. I am sure the pizza is great, but I have never had it because the crust of the calzone is so good that I would rather have the extra crust on the calzone when I want something like pizza. There never seems to be as many people in the restaurant as I would expect given the quality of the calzone. Maybe they don't like the decor, which can be seen as dated, but I think that adds to the charm honestly. Seriously though, eat in or order out the calzone with any three toppings you want (the parmesan crust is a great addition too) or a pizza. You won't be disappointed.

Good food and atmosphere

This place has seen better days. The interior is extremely dated and shows it's 45 years of age. My family seemed to enjoy their food but my fish and chips were bland and simultaneously burnt on the thin ends and verging raw on the thicker ends. We were the only patrons on the dining side yet our server couldn't even manage to bring butter out for those of us who had rolls included with our meals. I will admit that the cole slaw and fries were pretty nice but not enough to make up for the rest of my meal.

Great friendly service! Pizza is fantastic. Tonight I had the fish sandwich. The Cod was to die for. Toasted bun and perfect fries. Definitely coming back! Also, free wifi.

Great food, great atmosphere! The service was unmatched!! The room was just the right temperature... But... Sadly.. WiFi was horrendous..Also kinda confused why they had small children working for them... Besides that GREAT experience! Little Cesar's may have deep deep dish pizza but Hungry Tummy has paper thin pizza!!

Good food and good service

Food is generally very good but the employees are the most unfriendly unhappy looking people ever. The restaurant definitely has quick service and good portions but come on folks smile and act happy to see the people who keep you in business. I also want to add it’s always clean and well kept up in there too so they are doing their jobs. 😊.

Rude staff and the pizza wasn't as good as a frozen pizza from the supermarket. The restaurant smelled damp and dirty. Needless to say more than half of or pizza ended up in the trash. Nothing like it was 15 years ago. Would not recommend.

If you want to step back into time (early 70's), then this place is it. Inexpensive alright food, quiet place, and country classics playing in the background.

Awesome burgers!

I went here once about 4 years ago. This is one of those beloved hole-in-the-wall restaurants that has amazing pizza. I couldn't get enough of it. The store could use a facelift to modernize it, but improvements like that cost a lot for a small place to pay for, so I can't blame them. Moral of this restaurant is, it's more than meets the eye. I wish I lived near it so I could be a regular patron.

Food is very good. Our waitress was excellent. Will definitely go there again.

Worth looking up if your in the area fishing...Large filling meals with excellent taste!

Very chill, it's like the towns saloon

Ive been there half of my life. The waitress was kinda cold and wasn't too crazy about her but good food and needs a lot of updating. The prices was way to high and please don't mixed deep fryer with chicken and fish. My daughter got real sick!!!

Tastes microwaved and is unimpressive. Slow. Food isn't how its described. Service only came by once after taking our order.

The restaurant has been resently remodeled. Looks very clean, and had great service, very friendly staff and great food, this is my new favorite resturant

Food was good, fast service.

I have always eaten here, it's never crowded, and food is usually the best there is, but tonight I waited an hour for my food,even tho ot wasnt crowded, I paid extra for coleslaw and fries..did not get the coleslaw, tried to get our waitresses attention we were ignored, was never asked if we needed our drinks refilled even tho it is part of the service. Will I eat here again, probably, but next time I will be complaining if things aren't right. Tonight's service was ridiculous.

Hungry Tummy has not had a facelift since probably 1973. However the staff is friendly and happily serves regardless if you are a Beulah regular or a tourist. Food is regular American fare, but served quickly.

This restaurant is merging with the bar next door so it was a little confusing and chaotic in there. The servers were pretty laid back. Not really on top of things. They didn't really know what they could offer off the menu and what they couldn't. I asked for a side salad and she said she would check but never brought one or got back with me. I wished we could have eaten on the quiet pizza side like we have twice before, but they only wanted to seat the bar side (with our 3 kids) and there were some ladies hanging out in outfits more fit for a bar than a family pizza restaurant. Once the pizza came, it was as good. The deep dish definitely better than the regular crust. Our airbnb host recommended Stapletons Gas Station as the best pizza in the county, so next time we come to Crystal, we'll be checking that out instead.

Good fried fish dinner and good service. Alittle loud.

Finally a gathering place with more to do than eat and drink.

Staff was very friendly. The food excellent according to the 4 people with me. My broasted chickens breading or the seasoning on it was very salty. The chicken, top notch though. The roll and salad, great also. Good place to eat.

Restaurant was quite, good for a calm quite dinner with my wife. Service was EXCELLENT!!, Maci was our server and was attentive without being interruptive. Food was served quickly, hot and tasted good. Highly recommend, and will return again soon

Disgusting food

Corner pub has the hot fire🔥🙏 and the calzone was the best one I ever had.

Haven't been here for dinner, but always order the pizza from the bar next door. Excellent. Breakfast is very good, especially the home-made corned beef hash.

They went above and beyond. We were a little late for breakfast , but the cook decided to cook us breakfast.. What a nice place with nice people .. The food was over the top delicious...

Stopped in for breakfast and it was yummy! I’ve been coming here for over 25 years. It’s one of my favorite places to get a bite to eat when I’m on vacation!

Terrible service. Food was ok but I wouldn't reccomend it. Our waitress took our drink order brought our food never asked how it was. Then came and threw our check on the table no thank you for coming or hope you enjoyed your food, which I did not. Won't be going.

Great variety of traditional breakfast fare. Great, personal service

We went for fish fry. The cod was quite good and the cole slaw wonderful. Both baked potatoes were only on the warm side. Service average. Ambiance a little rough. Pizza looked good.

Dirty restaurant with gross food that is overpriced. Need I say more?

Come here every year with my family during our annual 4th of July adventure week. Inside isn’t super fancy, but the food is always delicious and the staff is always very friendly and fast. The pizza is especially excellent. They’ve been around a long time and we hope they never leave.

Update. Stopped in for breakfast as we have done for years only to find out they no longer serve breakfast. Lunch menu not as good so we left without eating. There are now better alternatives in town for eating. Too bad used to be our favorite. Great breakfast, boasted chicken, and pizza. Prices are low and service is great. My wife has me take her there on her birthday from Traverse City for their blueberry pancakes.

Waitress Mackenzie was nice and very polite. That girl deserves a raise! Made our meal the most pleasant meal I've had in a long time. Food was great. Highly recommended​!

Great pizza, cold beer.

The warm, cozy, family-friendly Hungry Tummy is gone. Now you enter the combined establishment through the skanky, smelly dark Corner Pub. Pool tables in the former Hungry Tummy dining room tell all. A sad demise!

This seems to be a quiet local eating place that had been in business for a long time. The dining room is not fancy but the service was good and our food was great. We had a cherry chicken salad, cheeseburger, and an appetizer. Not many people were in the actual restaurant but several people seem to be ordering from the bar right next door (they are connected). I felt the menu had many options and actually is was not not having to wait a long time for food to be brought to us after ordering. It seems everything is made to order - our salads were certainly fresh.

Been customer for 30+ years. Wondering if it changed hands? Have usually had decent food (the homemade rolls are wonderful) and good service. Yesterday waiting 20 minutes for a drink...brought wrong food when it finally came....only gave one child the standard rice crispy treat that comes with kids meal. Know they were very busy with take out pizza, but only 4 tables occupied and 2 wait staff during the fourth of July week. Our waitress never one time came to table to apologize for wait or see if we wanted anything. We also sat there looking at one long table filled with dirty plates and left over food....Waited about 45 minutes for basic meals. Very disappointed this time. Can maybe surmise people either don't want to work in Beulah area, or they are not hiring to fit a very busy summer

A friend and I stopped for evening meal here on 8/8/17. The waitress seemed to me to be relatively new. She did an excellent job with us but needs to speak up especially with older guys (I am kinda hard of hearing). Our order was delivered within a very reasonable time. My friend ordered the open faced beef sandwich which he said was very good. I ordered the chicken fried steak which I have to say was the second best I have ever had. I can no longer get the best as the owner and cook sold and retired years ago. My only problem was that I asked to speak to the manager to let him know how good his staff was. I was told he was busy and would be out in a minute. After 15 minutes I ended up telling our server and left. The staff was excellent. Cook staff excellent. Manager failed. He needs to learn that customers pay his wages
